Flavours and fillings

All our cakes are freshly baked to order and we use high quality, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We endeavour to only use natural flavourings and avoid synthetics. Homemade jam may be available depending on the season. There are so many flavour combinations, the list is endless but to give you an idea we have combined some of our own favourites – if you have something special in mind please ask. If you are having a number of tiers, you can experiment with some fun flavours !

  • Madagascan vanilla bean sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry or raspberry jam
  • Chocolate sponge with a chocolate buttercream / ganache / almond / and homemade sloe gin jam or black cherry compote
  • Chocolate Guinness cake with vanilla / chocolate / espresso buttercream and blackberry & malbec jam
  • Zesty lemon sponge drizzled with limoncello / lemon buttercream /elderflower / white chocolate and lemon or orange curd
  • Orange sponge with an orange and cardamom buttercream / cranberry and blood orange buttercream and passion fruit curd
  • Fresh raspberry sponge with white chocolate / fresh raspberry buttercream and raspberry compote
  • Spiced carrot cake with orange and cinnamon buttercream
  • Lavender sponge with organic lavender / honey buttercream / white chocolate buttercream
  • Fiori di Sicilia sponge with orange / vanilla / white chocolate buttercream / orange curd
  • Cappuccino coffee sponge with espresso / almond / chocolate ganache buttercream
